With continued growth in our Enterprise Applications and Solutions IS organization, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst. In this role you will work with a cross functional business and technical team to take a project from concept through delivery utilizing Iterative and AGILE methodologies. In addition, this candidate will have not only the ability to analyze business requirements but shape them based on their knowledge of business processes development and technology. The candidate will be working as part of a group responsible for applications in the area of ADI's intranet and infrastructure group and will report directly to the Program Team Manager.

Job Responsibilities

* The successful Project Manager (PM) is able to: work independently while keeping management informed, handle deadline pressures, and effectively escalate project issues.
* Develops and shapes business processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our end users
* Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings with Business stakeholder
* Document business requirements and help coordinate technical discussion for estimation
* Develops or manages project plans, including scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, issues management, and resource allocation
* Provide weekly internal project status, timeline, risks to senior management
* Works collaboratively across the IS organization
* Responsible for facilitating the identification of risks and issues and tracking these through the project life cycle.
* Responsible for coordination of IT and customer testing
* Manages group of internal and external resources which may be geographically disbursed.
* Manage third party relationships

Basic (Minimum) Qualifications

* BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Management or related field
* 6+ years experience with at least 3 in Project Management/Business Analyst Role
* Prior experience with AGILE development
* Prior experience managing project plans using Microsoft Project
* Prior experience using issue tracking systems like Jira
* Experience managing custom software development projects
* Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously

This position will require spending some time in our Norwood, MA location during the training period
