We're looking for a technically strong Program Manager who loves to code, loves talking with developers to understand their pain points, and can turn insight into experiences developers love. Your focus will be bringing the value of the Microsoft Graph to developers building experiences across web, mobile, and desktop, and ensuring that our platform, tools, and SDKs provide the best experiences for developers to leverage the power of the Graph.



You'll work with teams across Microsoft to build and deliver on this vision, motivating everyone around you to deliver the best possible experiences for developers.

Required Qualifications

5+ years program management experience or developer relations



Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Science or related field.

Proven track record of building apps, using developer tools and processes.

Proven track record in delivering successful Desktop, Mobile, or Web projects.

Experience with modern client technologies - Android, iOS, Xamarin, React, React Native, WPF, UWP, and more.

Hands-on coding, knowledge of development patterns, architecture, developer processes, coding languages and tools.

Ambitious, creative and motivated, results orientated.

A problem solver, able to work from ambiguous goals to distilled plans.

Group collaboration and excellent communication skills.

Analytical Skills to drive data and customer-driven decisions.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
