SPR is looking for a Senior Consultant in the Office 365 Practice that will develop and deliver innovative solutions using on-premises versions of SharePoint, Office 365 workloads and components of the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility & Security Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support requirements gathering and technical solution design for Ofice 365 workloads, SharePoint on-premises, and products in the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security Suite.
* Provide input into and help document solution designs and technical strategies
* Be the front-line technical resource for clients, knowing when to escalate technical questions, issues and blockers to the Solution Architect as needed.
* Migrate, configure, and consult with clients on features for Office 365, SharePoint on-premises, and the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security Suite.s
* Develop and implement workflows to automate client business processes
* Mentor the technical skills of consultants learning these technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Technical competency in on-premises SharePoint versions and Office 365, including migration, administration, configuration, and feature cabilities.
* For Office 365, a technical competency is required for at least one of the major workloads (SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, etc.).
* A demonstrated ability to develop and implement PowerShell scripts for on-premises SharePoint and Office 365.
* A demonstrated understanding of the key third party tools relevant to solutions for Office 365 and SharePoint.
* Microsoft Certified Professional and with a desire to remain current with both industry and Microsoft technologies and standards.

EXPERIENCE

* Senior Consultants in the Office 365 practice should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with on-premises versions of SharePoint, Office 365, or related Microsoft technologies in a technical capacity.
* Previous consulting experience is desired
