What you'll be doing...

Responsible for accelerating public cloud migration, platform building, deployment and innovation capabilities in the space across teams and across the clouds; lead a central cloud engineering team to migrate the majority of the infrastructure from data centers into 3 directional public clouds, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) public cloud platforms; establish team goals and enable the team to deliver on the commitments; define tasks for team members, based on the need, the ability and the growth pass of the individual; lead platform design, implementation and adoption across the enterprise; collaborate with stakeholders of the program to achieve consensus and tangible results; make the strategic tools/technology decisions, based on the industry trends as well as the available budget; work with application teams from different portfolios to guide their migration, ensuring maximum code reuse and inner-sourcing practices, as well as the security and automation-first approach; create and deliver clear, meaningful and actionable presentations and/or reporting for a given target audience; provide meaningful and actionable feedback for the team members, focusing on their growth and progression; give presentations, publish blogs and white papers on the subject.

What we're looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field followed by 8 years of progressive experience in full software development lifecycle. Experience therein to include 5 years in software architecture, development, public cloud, and technical team leadership; 1 year in people management; 3 years working on AWS architecture, 1 year in GCP architecture, and 6 months in OCI architecture.
