Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager, Microsoft Windows, Directory Services, and Infrastructure Operations is responsible for managing the delivery of 24/7 global operations support, engineering, and architecture design services for the Ingram Micro Microsoft Windows Data Center Server environment.

The operations team provides core Windows operating system support, level 2 Exchange and Lync support, level 2 Citrix XenApp support, and level 2 SCCM support.

The engineering team provides project design services, delivers M&A integration services, provides global Active Directory and DNS design and engineering services which include security monitoring and availability reporting, trending, and scalability analysis.

The Senior Manager, Microsoft Windows, Directory Services, and Infrastructure Operations is responsible for delivering a continuously available global Ingram Micro Windows server and application platform, while addressing incidents and requests in a timely manner.

Education Requirements: Degree from an accredited university or equivalent job-related experience

Experience:

* 8-10 years of experience as an engineer providing Microsoft architecture and design services
* 8-10 years of experience with change management methodologies and IT Service management
* 8-10 years of experience mentoring or leading teams of technical associates in a large multi-national company
