Disney Streaming Services Information Security team's mission is to protect data and technology assets of the organization, partners, and cast members. In concert with Disney's Global Information Security group, the DSS team works on initiatives that prevent, detect, and respond to malicious activity. Risk and threat assessment, incident response, security architecture, vulnerability management, governance and compliance, security awareness and training, security operations, among many other efforts make up the information security program.

We are looking for a project manager to join our information security team. This is an opportunity to help secure industry leading apps and supporting technology used by millions of people while working on the bleeding edge of technology and information security.

The mission of the InfoSec project manager is to help our technology teams build applications and infrastructures securely by design. This person will ensure technology teams meet compliance and security best practice to prevent compromise of data and information assets. This individual will be responsible for planning the integration of security controls, managing communication with other teams & stakeholders, and facilitating delivery. Our ideal candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage each phase of security integration into various development processes and technology projects for multiple products with multiple clients. Basic Qualifications

* You are passionate about technology and information security
* You are experienced working with Agile and enterprise infrastructure teams
* You having experience applying concepts and techniques from multiple agile approaches including Lean, Kanban and Scrum as well as SDLC and ITIL
* Aware of cyber security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
* Experience with SOX and PCI
* You understand security control technologies such as firewalls, IPS, antimalware, etc.
* You have experience working with auditors
* You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching
* PMP

* Conduct meticulous scoping, planning, costing and timing of projects
* Team: Coordinating information security requirements with various technology partner teams
* Development of security program dashboards and executive level communications. Incorporate metrics and project status into these tools
* Partner with Disney corporate security partners and other segment information security teams to enhance The Walt Disney Company's community of security practice. Ensure corporate requirements are integrated into Streaming Services operations and applications
* Track the team workload and communicate bottlenecks and resource availability proactively
