Job Summary Job Description Come join our growing Cloud Server Operations team in leading the overall operational oversight and management for server operating systems, along with engineering and support of FICO Core Services. - "Hiring Manager". What You'll Contribute Lead Core Services teams both technical and managerial leadership for a specific region. Lead projects pertaining to deployment and management of cloud solutions and guest server systems as a primary technical representative. Provide senior level technical infrastructure and architectural knowledge, including design of production, staging, QA and development infrastructures running in 24x7 environments. Mentor junior engineers and act as a local escalation for operating systems and core services support within the Production Operations environments. Utilize your expertise managing, operating systems patching, and supporting FICO's server/cloud environments. Manage server hardening, including scanning for policy compliance, using Qualys and remediation. What We're Seeking Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related experience. Proficient with Redhat Enterprise Linux (v5/6/7), Solaris, and AIX. Experienced with Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012, or 2016). Knowledge of one or more scripting languages - Shell, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc. Experience with Spacewalk, Redhat Satellite Services, SCCM or any Server Patching & Automation tools. Hands-on administrative management experience supporting VMware hypervisor systems; ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, Site Recovery Manager, etc. Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level virtualization software maintenance using VMware vSphere 5.x servers and clusters.
