Java developer to work in the electronic trading front office space. This role will cover new development in the order management space.

The candidate will be joining Equities High Touch & Portfolio Trading Technology team working on building out the next generation of the Order Management System that supports both High Touch (Program Trading & Single Stocks Trading) and Low Touch (DSA) flows. The team has its own proprietary framework for building trading applications in Java. The person will also be involved in developing and maintaining this framework for the use with whole Equities Trading Technology.

Qualifications

* Strong core Java knowledge
* Knowledge of multi-core / multi-threading concepts
* Low latency Java (GC elimination)
* Experience with messaging (Tibco, MQ)
* JDK 1.8+ programming paradigms
* Agile experience and mindset
* Strong testing and design skills
* Strong communication skills
* No prior business knowledge is required, although experience on following is a good to have
* Electronic Trading
* FIX protocol


* Energetic and self-driven, hunger for achievement
