Senior Java Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team in Redmond, WA. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

* Creating web services using (REST) as well as integrating them into other systems within the enterprise.
* Working within a medium size development team to develop, design and launch web services for a large scale website for a major telecom provider in Greater Seattle Area. The site focuses on mobile application development (non-ecommerce).
* Work cross functionally with internal and external teams.
* Integrating the website back-end with 3rd party hosted applications and internal data sources.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience developing web based applications using web services, REST experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree Computer Science or related field
* Exceptional communication skills
* Experience working with Apache is required
* Experience with Weblogic is required
* 5+ years of Java and web services development experience
* Excellent communication skills -written, oral and interpersonal
* Be able to work well within a team environment and under the pressure of multiple deadlines
