Position Title: Senior Integrations Engineer

Location: 1 Camp Street, Suite 100, Cambridge, MA 02140

Summary of Duties: Writing and updating documentation for Tapjoy software, training Tapjoy employees in technical matters, working on SDK features and correcting SDK bugs, giving customer feedback to the Tapjoy product team, and testing Tapjoy software. Monitoring the incoming ticket queue for customer requests. Diagnosing and solving customer issues with Tapjoy's software. Writing and updating technical documentation for Tapjoy's software. Communicating about client issues to the team and the company as a whole.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation, employer will also accept a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field of study and three years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Client programming in Objective-C and Java for iOS and Android; Two (2) applications that were published in an official app store or used in a commercial setting; Development environments (Xcode and Android Studio); MacOS, Charles Proxy, Google BigQuery or SQL and Google Documents; and Issue tracking software such as JIRA or Zendesk.
