Job Description

A Senior Infrastructure Engineer job in Anaheim, CA is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for performing system administration and helpdesk type tasks that include installation, upgrades, repair and maintenance for LANs and CANs. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, plus a minimum of five years of experience. Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, you must have an active DoD Secret clearance at the time of hire. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer Job duties:

* Installation, upgrades, repair and maintenance of disconnected Local Area Networks (LAN) and networked resources attached to Campus Area Network (CAN), servers, desktop and laptop PC, support for network backup systems
* Configuration support for user applications, troubleshooting and/or debugging network-related problems
* On-call support, inventory management and maintenance of the network"s authorization infrastructure
* May prepare PowerPoint presentations and study reports
* Work with technical and non-technical staff

Qualifications:

* Windows Server 2012R/2016, Windows 7/10, and Red Hat Linux, MS Office Skills
* SQL Administration; SharePoint Administration; RHEL Systems Administration
* Veritas Backup Exec
* CompTIA Security+ Certification is desired
* DISA System Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) is desired
