Ripple connects banks, payment providers, corporates and digital asset exchanges via RippleNet to provide one frictionless experience to send money globally.

Ripple is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to scale up our security team.

What you'll do:

* Design and implement corporate IT and infrastructure security solutions
* Be a strategic thinker and bring new technologies to meet the business' needs
* Monitor systems and conduct various security operations
* Help build solutions for automated detection and response to incidents
* Document processes for all IT and Infrastructure program to ensure highest security compliance

What we are looking for:

* 5+ years of security engineering experience covering: Firewall/VPN, IPS/IDS, Email Security, Penetration Tests, AV, EDR, SIEM, MDM, DLP, IAM
* Proficiency across all Operating Systems: MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android
* Knowledge of most cloud solutions and features
* High level of proficiency in security concepts, techniques, tools, methods and practices, and the ability to successfully implement them in both business processes and technology
* Ability to foster collaborative, open and working relationships with technology and other stakeholders
* Experience in building and implementing security operations policies, processes, standards and procedures
* Demonstrated ability to show initiative to drive progress and improvement
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
* Prior experience in financial services, government or any other highly regulated sector is a plus
