Job Description

Position Overview:

Senior HRIS Analyst is the team lead level position within the HRIS structure. This position responsible for the support and maintenance of the Company's HRIS system as well as serves as the technical point of contact for the business and works with ADP to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, security and testing of system changes. The Senior HRIS Analyst will act as the subject matter expert for ADP Workforce now as it relates to benefits, payroll and time off. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports system upgrades, testing, and other technical projects as assigned and be the project manager for HRIS integration projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Education/Licensing Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree

Experience Requirements:

* Minimum of 8 years of successful work experience in Human Resources
* Minimum 5 years of successful work experience as an HRIS analyst
* Prior project management experience
* Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Advanced experience using ADP Workforce Now
* Merger and acquisition experience a plus

Essential Job Responsibilities:

* Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure the design and development of ADP to meet the evolving needs of the business
* Deliver reports (standard, custom, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc) as requested by business units
* Provide analysis of HRIS data as requested
* Provide training support on system reporting to all other staff across the organization
* Provide technical support for HR projects/process improvement efforts
* Maintain HRIS system and data integrity
* Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review and/or testing of HR system upgrades or patches
* Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development
* Document processes
* Effectively communicate with ADP Client Representatives to achieve desired results
* Ensure that ADP Workforce now system is configured properly
* Make changes to employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now as requested
* Be on time and ready to work at assigned work location on a daily basis
* Manage time effectively
* Respond well to coaching and supervision
* Receive and review time records for employees
* Respond to manager and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Additional Job Responsibilities:

* Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings, as needed
* Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered
* Maintain a neat, orderly work area
* Perform other incidental and related duties as required
* Able to work overtime as needed
