Our Platform team is building the infrastructure that will enable organizations and communities to turn their analysis into actions, applications, and solutions. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you'll work closely with other engineers, PM's, and designers to build impactful applications that our customers will love.

What you'll do

* Collaborate with a small cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to build, test, and ship new user facing code
* Define and maintain development practices that let us move fast with quality
* Work with a wide range of tools and technologies (from SQL to Ruby to Javascript) and be able to evaluate technologies for what we are building
* Build and own user facing API's across the Mode product

What we look for

* Experience building and supporting a developer platform
* Expert understanding of HTML, Javascript/ Typescript, CSS and/or related technologies
* Experience with testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
* Experience with front-end frameworks such as angular, react, backbone, etc.
* A desire to work across the stack in Ruby and Javascript
* Alignment with Mode's values
