343 Industries, the studio developing titles in the Halo universe, is looking for a talented Senior Engineering Manager to join our team working on the next installment in our franchise… Halo Infinite!

At 343 Industries, our mission is to inspire heroes and deliver wonder. We strive to elevate and amplify each other. The Core Game Systems team is responsible for developing the Slipspace engine and game systems features empowering designers and engineers to deliver Halo Infinite. The team partners with many engineering groups to power our new Slipspace Engine.

While this role will not be expected to write code, we expect a candidate to have a successful history of individual contribution.

8+ years professional software development experience

4+ years of engineering leadership

Experience building streaming game technologies

Experience working with legacy codebases

Solid understanding of game engines, pipelines and workflows

Demonstrated history of effective communication in dynamic environments

Strong leadership and team coordination skills
