What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Senior EDI Systems Analyst will be responsible for writing detailed level design documents for EDI transactions. These include but are not limited to 837, 834, 835, 820, 270x transaction sets. The detailed level design documents will include validation rules, transformation rules, mapping rules as well as other database/process level requirements that are defined in the requirements documents as stated by the client.

The Senior EDI systems analyst will walk through and hand over this spec to the development and QA teams for implementation. He/She will also work hand in hand with the Solution Analyst to ensure all requirements are translated into the design document.

The Senior EDI systems analyst will train and guide junior analysts as required.

The Experience You'll Need (Required):

* 5-8 years analyst experience
* Strong SQL skills
* Healthcare industry experience


* Strong EDI, X12, HIPPAA 50110 transaction set knowledge
* Understanding of EDI implementation guides and matching interface specifications
* Ability to work with a team
* Ability to delegate
* Excellent communication skills
