Job Description

Primary responsibilities include day-to-day management and continued evolution of the Service Operation Network capabilities. The Sr. Director of Network Operations will work closely with solution design management, solution architects, technical management, service operations management, security and internal client/product stakeholders to deliver service-oriented capabilities to enable Epsilon to provide world class services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Provides strategic leadership oversight and day-to-day management for the Network Operations teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business needs, improve performance, reduce risk, cost and complexity.
* Effectively develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients and vendors.
* Deliver a high performance global network and related services.
* Continuously assess the state of the network to determine improvement opportunities and manage technical debt working in collaboration with other STS and business teams.
* Ensure meaningful network monitoring and metrics related to established SLAs, availability, security, capacity and performance are captured, validated and adhered to through reoccurring reporting.
* Own and continually enhance strategic and functional goals, service levels and demonstrate service ownership for areas of responsibility.
* Provide leadership and guidance on the selection, engineering and appropriate consumption of technologies and services that align to the enterprise roadmap.
* Recruits, mentors and builds an effective network organization using on shore and off shore resources in support of the Epsilon Enterprise.
* Sets strategic and tactical priorities that align with Epsilon business objectives.
* Evolve the service model from traditional waterfall to Agile/DevOps enabled.
* Enable and drive the automation of network services.
* Function as a Sr. leader in a matrixed technology organization.
* Function as a liaison for all STS teams to enable enterprise outcomes.
* Participate in the Incident and Problem Management processes including on call responsibilities.

* May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

* 12 to 15 years of network management experience leading high-performance teams.
* Experience in solution hosting and/or SAAS hosting environment preferred.
* 7 year's deep understanding of data networking, software driven networking, network monitoring and network security architectures/strategies.
* 5 year's deep understanding of cloud technologies including delivering IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
* Broad technical knowledge of automation, virtualization, load balancing, and web application delivery.
* Broad experience with technology infrastructure design, provisioning, deployment and capacity management.
* Bachelor's degree or related field experience and 10 year's progressive experience.
* Proven ability delivering technology services and infrastructure projects.
* Strong organizational and team leadership skills.
* Ability to motivate teams to meet tight deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate on enterprise-wide initiatives.
* The ability to work under a heavy workload in a time critical environment.
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Demonstrates integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, collaboration, agility, and values diversity every day with every team member.
* Ability to Travel within the US and internationally.
