Job Description

Overview

This role is responsible for delivering advanced level end-user and organizational support. By partnering with end-users and technology groups, the Senior Engineer ensures all incidents are analyzed, resolved, and reported back within the promised timeframes. This role is also responsible for obtaining and disseminating advanced knowledge of internal systems and procedures relating to security, applications, hardware and infrastructure. This position will work with a team of local and regional peers as well as our Corporate infrastructure resources to ensure systems performance & availability across our voice and data networks.

Responsibilities

* Execute day-to-day support across local infrastructure. Ensure all desktop/infrastructure issues are effectively supported
* Execute the implementation and support for software and hardware standards for desktop and infrastructure as well as network infrastructure
* Provide remote assistance and back-up support for other BBG Markets
* Work with Sr. IT Staff to influence direction for desktop and infrastructure related issues

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in technology related field or 7 years related experience
* Demonstrate technical ability; support (Windows 7/10, AD, VPN, Remote Support application, MDM, iOS, TCP/IP)
* Office365
* Experience with managing multiple end-user support requests' through a central ticket system while maintaining established SLA's and processes
* Experience supporting business users and senior stakeholders
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced oral and written communication skills
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Self-starter with the ability to effectively work with minimal supervision
* Must be motivated and willing to learn
* Strong Organizational skills
* SCCM/MDT
* PowerShell
* Warehouse technology (barcode scanners, label printers, etc…)
* Networking/switching troubleshooting
* Preferred
* CCNA
* MCSA/MCSE
* SAP
* Citrix
