Job Description - Responsibilities :
1 Service Support Ensure the service desk is customer focused Prioritise and escalate incidents for both internal and external clients The single point of contact for rapid restoration of normal services Ensure timely and appropriate escalation to specialists within the IT team
2 Service delivery Monitor IT services to provide baseline for availability capacity continuity planning
3 Service requests Ensure service requests are directed and actioned by the appropriately skilled staff
4 Ensure documentation and procedures are in place followed and routinely updated
5 Provide liaison to the operations department on acceptance and testing of internal applications
6 Project participation Active and strong participation across a number of different areas within the IT department and business areas
7 Provide systems support for Desktop SOE encompassing a varied number of platforms and applications 5 Required knowledge and experience Required
