The Connections Research team is seeking an applied social scientist with deep expertise in survey methodology and experimental social science research, including development and evaluation of survey content, research design, statistics (regressions, analysis of variance, multilevel models, structural equation models, longitudinal data analysis), and data collection in a variety of settings.
This team member will be responsible for leading global research programs to improve the employee experience and collaborating with stakeholders to develop survey content. This role provides opportunity for significant exposure to Amazon's culture, leadership, and global businesses.
