We are looking for a creative and passionate Data Engineering Manager to lead our Payments Data Engineering team. You will bring experience and expertise in Data Warehouse architecture, and BI solutions across a variety of platforms. You should have a passion for working with Big Data solutions at scale and ability to work with large and complex datasets leveraging cloud based solutions. You should have excellent technical and communication skills to work with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to determine the optimal data architecture.

In this role you will own the Data Engineering Platform that supports multiple Payment Business Teams and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the team. You will manage a team of Data Engineers and build data solutions to support analytic needs of business teams. You will have the opportunity to innovate and drive your vision to build platforms that scale with the business growth. You will partner with cross functional teams and work backwards from business requirements to deliver scalable solutions that enable self-service and accelerate the access to insights. Key Responsibilities Include

* Lead a team of Data Engineers focused on building world class Data Solutions leveraging AWS Big Data ecosystem.
* Define the strategic vision for your team, partnering effectively with customers and stakeholders. Establish a roadmap and successfully deliver data engineering solutions (e.g., components and/or products) that execute that vision.
* Relentless focus on Accuracy and Timeliness of data solutions built by your team.
