In this role, you will focus on how customers actually use our products, and make sure our test strategies and test suites are aligned with real world usage. You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Sales Solution Architects, and SE teams to understand the problems customer are actually seeing and ensure QA's overall efforts are aligned to ensure real improvement in our customer's satisfaction.
