We are currently seeking a Senior CRM Portal Developer for our client in the IT-Services domain. Role Description: The Senior CRM Portal Developer would need to have at least 5-8+ years of experience. For this role, you must have Portal Development experience, not just CRM Development experience.

As a Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications. You will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers and business resources to build highly-performing enterprise systems that improve the internal performance and market position.

As the CRM Developer, you will report to the Manager of IT and will be accountable both for developing new and sustaining existing application programs that support the Client business model. These programs consist of internal and external programs using a variety of technologies that require knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server 2008 R2 and 2012), and ASP.Net web-based platforms. Technology is a key enabler for customers and a key focus for the company.

The technology infrastructure is based on Microsoft .NET 4.0 with ASP.NET C.NET, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CRM 2011, JQuery and MS SQL Server SSRSSSIS for the database backend. The adoption of new technologies is a constant endeavor to make sure we are quick to respond to changing market needs.

Responsibilities:

* Develop new functionality on our existing software products.
* Lead mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations.
* Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
* Work within a small team of 5-8 individuals to create technical solutions for Dynamics CRM
* Analyze business and technical requirements for CRM to understand what can be done or what needs to be changed
* Create solutions, specifically such as plugins, workflows, entities, forms, views, etc.
* Utilize web technologies to develop and build out the customer facing web portal
* Work on integration projects and data migrations to transfer data from legacy systems
* Support and troubleshoot issues that arise when programming and coding
* Work between various teams within the Development and IT departments
* All other responsibilities as assigned

Experience You Need:

* 5-8+ years of extensive experience in all stages of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) involving requirements gathering, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementation of various applications specializing in Microsoft Technologies.
* 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016
* Dynamics 365 customization configuration is required
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Development (C and API Calls)
* Good experience in developing and maintaining Java Script extensions, C plug-ins and .Net integrations for Dynamics CRM
* Design and implement CRM web service API calls for system integrations
* Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM Portal and the ability to convey this knowledge to balance the use of native (OOB) features and the appropriate use of custom development
* Sound knowledge in Dynamics 365 CRM Entities, Workflows, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, Configurations, Customization Development, Integration Development, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, and CRM Solutions File Management Deployment Packaging of Solutions Upgrades (2016 to Dynamic 365).
* Security Model experience in implementing Data Integrations
* Ability to understand and articulate business processes and requirements to CRM solutions
* Proven ability to successfully deliver critical, enterprise-level initiatives
* Experience using Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall software development methodologies
* Experience with Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) for Agile work tracking, code repository, development of user stories, test script generation and tracking Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
