Solar Turbines is seeking a hands-on Senior CRM Integration Development/Support Engineer with 11+ years of analysis, design, development, integration, and maintenance experience of complex Enterprise CRM integration solutions, Multi-tier custom web based and Cloud applications, which include Salesforce CRM, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Amazon Web Services, SOAP/REST API, Java/J2EE, JMS, and Data ETL implementation.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with Software Development Life Cycle and hands on Enterprise application and integration programming experience, who takes pride in developing optimized, scalable, and sustainable CRM integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Review and advise on Salesforce platform solutions to ensure they comply with leading Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholder, product owners, business subject matter experts, and technical team members to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions using Agile Scrum methodology.
* Lead technical design sessions to analyze, architect, implement, and support integration and data conversion strategies.
* Architect, develop, test, maintain, and support integration solutions between Salesforce and other SaaS, custom, or on-premise software applications using REST API, custom connectors, middleware, custom built connector tools, and web services.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and seamlessly integrate with various Enterprise systems (i.e. Master Data Management, ERP LN, and other custom web applications or similar.)
* Prepare conceptual design, technical (integration) design, use case analysis, solution architecture, and unit test case documentation.
* Lead and execute data conversion using Data Loader and custom developed ETL code.
* Participate in large customer facing project teams that implement on premise/SaaS/PaaS based applications.
* Adhere to coding standard best practices and conduct code reviews.
* Work with Production Support team to troubleshoot and resolve CRM and integration incidents.
* Lead discovery and technical deep-dive sessions, and implement Proof-Of-Concept (POC) to assess technical implementation feasibility.
* Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
* Work effectively in cross-functional/cross-departmental teams.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or STEM degree.
* 11+ years CRM experience with a minimum 5 years on the Salesforce platform (process automation, workflow rules, Sharing & Securing, Reports and Dashboards, APEX/Visual Force development.)
* Minimum 5 years of Enterprise Application Integration experience.
* Demonstrated experience in software analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, hyper support and production support.
* Experience preparing Use Case Analysis documentation, Conceptual Design, Hosting Architecture design, System integration diagram, and Technical Design documentation.
* Demonstrated experience developing Custom Integration tool/REST Connector Tool.
* Demonstrated experience architecting and developing integrated scalable Enterprise solutions using web services (REST/SOAP API), JSON, JMS Queue, and various middleware (IBM BPM, Cast Iron, etc.)
* Experience with Salesforce development, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Data Management, Amazon Web Services, and data ETL.
* Implementation experience with JDK, Servlets, JSP, JSF, J2EE, EJB, and Java.
* Demonstrated experience with DevOps release management (promoting code and building release packages).
* Experience in integration development and migrating from legacy point-to-point interfaces to Web Services and RESTful APIs.
* Oracle database, MS SQL Server, Postgres implementation experience.
* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
* Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified.
* DevOps Certified.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS, Jenkins, release management (promoting code and building release packages).
* Knowledge of building batch jobs using Control-M Workload Automation.
* Excellent understanding of SDLC processes and requirements.
* Experience in deploying full life-cycle enterprise-wide solutions.
* Excellent communications (verbal and written), problem solving and analytical skills.
* Expert at troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
* Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.
* Understanding of data sharing and usage in platform architecture.
* Experience with enterprise application integration patterns such as messaging, Remote Procedure Invocation, Point to Point Channel, etc.
