Description:

The Content Management/Search/Information Architecture and Multilingual Strategy Teams are responsible for overseeing and participating in providing content management (including multilingual content), search capabilities and information architecture design for KP's Web presence. This work involves evolving and implementing the business content and search architecture, strategy, and product plan (including the selection of content management and seach tools) to produce robust web content management capabilities for use by employees in delivering the content and applications on KP's web presence. The system development and administration work involves implementing the business content, language, and search architecture (including the content management system, search engine, I/A, metadata, and taxonomy model), defining authoring capabilities, approval workflows, and publishing requirements and providing governance over these domains.

Essential Responsibilities:

Collaborates on content management assignments of diverse and complex scope; focusing primarily on Adobe Experience Manager production support.

Leads CMS/search business requirements development and user acceptance testing.

Works with the business content product owners/architects, content management team members and ISG product owners, defines and maintains content capabilities (includes: content taxonomies, metadata schemas, template libraries, tools for simplifying content contribution and content workflows) to realize the web content strategy.

Provides support to the content architect /KP IT to clarify and develop the defined capabilities.

Aligns the content management capabilities to support the new technical framework for the Web site, as well as emerging enterprise-wide content and search business needs.

Manages content management system configuration files and, when necessary, assists with deployments.

Provides internal customer training on systems and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience

Minimum five (5) years of related previous work experience required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

License, Certification, Registration

N/A

Additional Requirements:

Content management and content architecture experience.

Information architecture experience.

Product management experience within Web systems for content management.

Working knowledge of policies, practices and systems.

Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.

General application of concepts and principles.

Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.

Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Health care, health insurance, health plan administration, health care, benefit administration, or benefit policy experience a plus.

Knowledge of and experience with the Adobe Experience Manager.

Knowledge/experience with Visisimo/Velocity a plus.
