Job Description

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Driving business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions. Producing operational strategies by evaluating business solutions. Participating in projects including ideation, identification, planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and production. Designing, architecting, developing, releasing, operating, and maintaining cloud-based software and advanced analytics products created from ideas generated within the organization. Collaborate with clients, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to map Life Science, Pharma and Chemical Industry clients to basic, as well as complex, business processes including formulation, batch management, supplier verification, material management, and logistics. Provide strategic analytical models and real-time reports that are used to analyze the business and build reports that can help to streamline their entire operations and take timely proactive informed decisions to outlast the competition and Industry standards. Design statistical models used for predictive data modeling to discover hidden insights and relationships in data, in order to make accurate predictions about future events. Writing code, building integration tools, testing software products, packaging application for pre-deployment staging, performing configuration, monitoring application performance and providing support for end user experience. Work on request for proposals received by clients in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Chemical Industries and Government & Public Service industries. Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications. Conducting detailed analysis to arrive at solutions and further recommend insightful strategies. Providing solution development and application architecture; performing business process analysis, mapping, and design. Translating system requirements into functional design, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Developing re-usable custom objects, Data Models for Analytics, Data Quality Score cards, Master Data Governance, and Extraction Transformation and Load, by utilizing SAP MDG, SAP Information Steward, SAP Data Services, and SAS. Utilizing SAP Enterprise Information Management (EIM) to design and implement SAP Data Architecture and provide Functional Architecture design for Master Data objects. Working with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to create custom build objects in order to maintain the Data Governance process, policies and standards. Designing Extraction, Statistical Data Models, Complex Transformations, Load methods and code for Data conversions from Legacy to SAP systems using SAS, SAP Predictive Analytics, SAP Data Services, LSMW, Win Shuttle, Data Quality, and Information Steward. Evaluating and designing data strategies for the S/4HANA implementation while working with business leads to understand master data requirements and predictive analysis modeling. Utilizing SAS, SAP, Data Warehouse, and SQL to identify, assess, and solve complex business problems, where an in-depth analysis of variable factors is required. Creating reports on data quality and integration in order to identify gaps in tools, and then leveraging SAP information Steward, SAP Data Services, SAS, SAP Predictive Analytics and SAP MDG to develop custom objects.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Biotechnology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.


* Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.


* Must have two years of experience with:
* Developing re-usable custom objects, Data Models for Analytics, Data Quality Score cards, Master Data Governance, and Extraction Transformation and Load, by utilizing SAP MDG, SAP Information Steward, SAP Data Services, and SAS;


* Utilizing SAP Enterprise Information Management (EIM) to design and implement SAP Data Architecture and provide Functional Architecture design for Master Data objects;


* Working with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to create custom build objects in order to maintain the Data Governance process, policies and standards;


* Designing Extraction, Statistical Data Models, Complex Transformations, Load methods and code for Data conversions from Legacy to SAP systems using SAS, SAP Predictive Analytics, SAP Data Services, LSMW, Win Shuttle, Data Quality, and Information Steward;
