Job Description

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Customer & Marketing, Commercial Excellence & Experience in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Participating in various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for software applications, which may including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, Scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Evaluating clients' technology needs, developing customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identifying and mitigating risks in process and technology for client engagements. Developing and maintaining project deliverables for clients for all phases of the software development lifecycle to substantially build the system functionalities. Working across all phases of the SDLC lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of CRM, Application Software solutions for enterprise-level clients in Healthcare, Finance, HR and Media and entertainment industries. Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), CA Rally, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Using Star UML, Draw.io, Microsoft Visio, Eclipse IDE, Notepad++, Salesforce Developer Console, Force.com IDE, Visualforce development mode footer, SOAP UI, and SQL Developer for the design and development of solutions; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Microsoft Project. Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks. Using programming languages in implementation of project technical requirements including Java, Python, Salesforce APEX, Java Script, and PL/SQL. Using SOAP and REST frameworks to implement application integration interfaces.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree field or a related field of study.


* Two years of experience in the position offered or a position in a related occupation.


* Must have two years of experience with:
* Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), CA Rally, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);


* Using Star UML, Draw.io, Microsoft Visio, Eclipse IDE, Notepad++, Salesforce Developer Console, Force.com IDE, Visualforce development mode footer, SOAP UI, and SQL Developer for the design and development of solutions;
