Applies technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors. Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. May manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget. Works under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience.
Highly experienced technical business analyst with extensive analytical and technical experience. The role will be responsible for:
* Analysis of documentation and writing and grooming application management related deliverables /documents * Facilitating meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts; taking the lead in coordinating implementation of related activities and provide guidance and support to the other team members * Participating in the end to end review and analysis, design, development, and enhancement of artifacts, documents and reports

* 10 plus years as a Business Analyst; multiple documents analysis and document creation/enhancement skills and capabilities * Knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge / develop expertise on certain Bank of America's systems along, Architecture and policies stipulating standards and requirements for application management * Excellent relationship, team building and facilitation skills with the ability to proactively navigate complexities of gaining buy-in, drive collaboration and resolve conflicts at all levels; great event coordination skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Adept at problem solving; strong time management and task prioritization skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Visio and Tableau (or ability to quickly learn how to use it) * Experience with Horizon JIRA tool and knowledge (or skills to become familiar quickly with different systems, tools and apps (e.g., RISE, btConverge, AppHQ, Continuity Planning Tool, TOM, Tableau) * Ability to develop and enhance internal tools/SharePoint and working environments (e.g., documentation and folder structures, develop sites supporting internal processes - Wiki, SharePoint, JIRA) * Excels at adapting to changing business needs with ability to balance multiple competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment * Highly organized and motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
* Prior experience with Application Management, Production Support * Risk Management, Controls, Operational Excellence experience * Familiarity with Tech Processes and Business process * Prior experience of addressing requirements as part of Exams or Audits ,or while addressing issues and MRAs * Experience / familiarity with Tableau * Broad understanding of Risk, Compliance and App Management standards, policies and procedures * Experience in Agile Methodology
