This role will be a part of the Payments and Virtual Solutions Innovation (PVSI) and Digital Channel - Production Support Group (PSG).

Your previous Remedy experience will allow you to jump into the role and act as a point of contact to ensure all Digital Servers are accurately listed in Remedy. This will include updating of all information accurately depicting support information, maintaining the correct app to server relationship in addition to keeping database relationships to PSG applications current.

You will also be responsible for playing a "liaison" role with the PSG engineers and the Technical Project Managers as it relates to infrastructure projects and the addition of new hardware introduced to our environments. This includes facilitating calls, building relationships with our partner teams, and an overall knowledge of the current state of the projects in queue.

Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* 3+ years of Boks or Keon experience
* 2+ years of Remedy experience
* 2+ years of SharePoint experience
* Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases

Other Desired Qualifications

* Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Knowledge of Wells Fargo Digital Channel methodologies
* Familiarity with Wells Fargo Enterprise Access Management System
