Job Description

Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Associate, Human Resources (HR) Systems Release Management, you will support Hilton's HR Technology release management lifecycle. You will schedule, coordinate, and manage releases across the organization for Hilton's Oracle SaaS Applications, Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) cloud and Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition. You will also support the release of monthly patches, quarterly updates and the deployment of new system functionality.

More specifically, you will:

* Execute on the directives of the organization's mission, goals, and objectives to ensure that HR systems are maintained and configured.
* Ensure that all configuration and interfaces are in-place and follow Hilton's Governance structure.
* Maintain the release schedule and ensure alignment from business partners and vendors.
* Handle risks and resolves issue that affect the release scope and schedule.
* Collaborate with software vendors and business partners to understand impacts of new functionality.
* Improve the release process on an ongoing basis.
* Conduct regression testing on Hilton's HR Technology for vulnerabilities and improvements.
* Engage and consult with end users on a regular basis to understand system issues and offer business solutions.
* Provide excellent project management and customer service.
* Foster a "team member experience" focus and supportive culture through the HR Systems team.
* Serve as a change leader to achieve positive and meaningful team member encounters while improving team member productivity.
* Ensure that all systems are meeting IT Security and regulatory compliance requirements.

What are we looking for?

We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

* Deep understanding of relational database structure, SaaS Reporting, and Integration Tools
* Ability to handle complex projects and articulate and escalate any issues to executive leadership
* Demonstrable knowledge of release management
* Collaborative and organized teammate, who build positive meaningful relationships and trust

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

* One to two (1-2) years of professional experience
* Willing to become Oracle HCM Cloud certified within one (1) year of hire
* Travel - 25% of the time

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

* BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
* Three to four (3-4) years of professional experience
* One to two (1-2) years of HCM Consulting experience
