Job Description

Perform Application Monitoring and Response,

Application Problem Management and Resolution, Application Change Management

and Implementation, Scheduling, Tuning and Configuration of Application and

Infrastructure Components and Project Implementation. Work on new applications

or changes to existing applications, and Service Assurance Management, Status

and Metrics. Work as a liaison and escalation point for clients and other IT

organization as a subject matter expert across the business and application

towers for the business processes. Utilize tools to analyze E2E Business

Transaction Flows across Application Eco-Systems with Business Partners,

Business flow Monitoring and Response, Issue Life Cycle Management and

Resolution, Root cause analysis and resolution. Provide uptime and availability

of supported applications as well as managing the deployment of application

upgrades in the pre-production and test or production environment. Work closely

with COE and Development organizations for any defects, upgrades, or

enhancements. Monitor application availability, or end-to-end application

performance and metrics, via a standard tool set and take proactive actions as

issues arise. Interface closely with 3rd party vendors as needed.

Manage application availability issues, CBS ownership, application productivity

and end-to-end business flow thru. Work user issues associated with customer ordering,

provisioning, and service assurance, and coordinate integrated problem

resolution. Solves non-routine problems by independently applying judgment to

established analysis and standard approaches for CBS business issues and

transaction flow thru issues. Provide administration of the tools necessary to

support the CBSs. Support, test and configure performance tools. Support CBS

Alarm, Transaction Flow Analysis and Correlation. Identify areas for

improvement and develop action plans to improve CBS and application

performance. Analyze

and report on system failures and outages. Perform root cause analyses. Perform

performance tuning and trouble-shooting. Utilize Oracle, MS-Access and SQL

Server. Utilize VMware, Eclipse, SqlPlus, GIT, Fiddler, Jenkins, XSLT, and Web

Develop. Perform architectural design, installation and configuration of IBM

Security Access Manager ISAM/TAM and IBM WebSphere Application server to

Provide Singe Sign on (SSO) across various applications along with QRADAR SIEM

for Log analysis. Configure IDP and SP federations using SAML Protocol along

with setting up OIDC and OAuth Stacks to support Authentications for various

clients. Setup Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) and TLS Protocols for data

encryption and client authentication along with Certificate management. Setup

Multi Factor Authentication (Password / Token / Biometric) for Data Security

and Integrity.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer

Science or Electronic Engineering and five (5) years of progressive,

post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of

progressive, post-baccalaureate experience analyzing and reporting on system

failures and outages; performing root cause analyses; performing performance

tuning and trouble-shooting; utilizing Oracle, MS-Access and SQL Server;

utilizing VMware, Eclipse, SqlPlus, GIT, Fiddler, Jenkins, XSLT, and Web Develop;

performing architectural design, installation and configuration of IBM Security
