Job Title: Senior Application Developer

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Job Duties:

ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Application Developer at our Parsippany, New Jersey location. Responsibilities: Act as a dedicated technology interface for software architecture, analysis, design, development, and implementation. Utilize web application services and technologies to assist software engineers in planning, executing, and delivering software deliverables. Create scalable and robust software applications and services. Architect and build continuously integrated and deployed software releases. Ensure that software products are released to production without adverse effect to clients while maintaining the technical integrity of software applications. Communicate risks, statuses, and mitigation strategies to ensure commitment dates are met across software applications and teams. Use Development Driven Testing framework to automate the testing of software and implement continuous regression.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus five years of experience.

Work Experience:

Two (2) years of experience must include: Object-oriented design and programming using Java/JEE; Java Enterprise Technologies, including Servlets and JSPs; Web 2.0 frameworks, including DOJO, React, Redux, JQuery or Angular JS; Service layer development with Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) 3.0; Java Persistence architecture; Hibernate; Spring; Web Sphere Application Server 8.0; Eclipse/Rational application developer tool; Component-based UI development for web applications using Java Server Faces (JSF); Web 2.0 Architecture; HTML5; CSS3; SASS/LESS; and IText API for PDF generation.
