Purpose of Position-

The IT Sr. Analyst is the Oracle subject matter expert (SME) and IT partner to the Supply Chain, Logistics, Pricing, and Procurement business units. This role provides product and process leadership for all projects, enhancements, and day to day production support issues for these business areas. This includes participating in solution design, performing configuration and testing of our Oracle Supply Chain, Inventory, iStore, iSupplier, Procure to Pay process, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Transactions to and from our Suppliers, integration of Supply Chain data with other applications and managing all SCM business reporting needs.

What You'll Be Working On-

Supply Chain and P2P - Sr. Analyst

* Responsible for performing all configuration, best practice setups, and integration efforts forOrder Management, Inventory, iStore, iSupplier, Purchasing and Advanced Pricing modules
* Develop requirements using document analysis, user discussions and requirement workshops
* Support and guide business functional users in making appropriate business process and information delivery changes/decisions to deliver desired results.
* Responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, manage Unit, Regression, and Integration/QA testing
* Adheres to established IT standards for system and applications architecture, configuration and documentation. Develops standardized documentation and policies for new IT solutions.
* Understand and support all SCM Reporting requirements. Support and coordinate EDI / XML gateway interfaces and manage relationship with vendors, trading partners and service providers
* Support business flow integrations with 3rd party log

Supply Chain Application Support

* Responsible for vendor relationships, day-to-day escalations and issues resolution with 3rd party vendors and development teams
* Responsible for prioritizing break fix/enhancement requests with Technical Managers and Business Users to ensure delivery and acceptance of prioritized requests in a timely manner
* Responsible for creating/maintaining ongoing documentation for existing/new break/fix, enhancements and business processes, as needed
* Ensures that all processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications and audit requirements.
* Work with the technical team to create and maintain business process design & architecture, with interfaces & modules to support the core design

What You'll Need-

* Bachelor's degree with concentration in IT or business
* Minimum of 3 years of progressive, relevant IT experience
* Minimum of 2 years of systems requirements experience
* Broad functional experience and understanding of module configuration and integration with the Oracle eBusiness Supply Chain, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash cycles (R12.1.3 and above preferred)
* Awareness of Payables, Receivables and Oracle PLM for Process/ PLM4P modules is highly desirable
* Experience in solution delivery and change management through all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) preferably in multi-national supply chain environments
* Experience with Vendor and Release Management is nice to have
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to meet common objectives through teamwork
* Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation skills with an emphasis on being able to present technical topics in an easy to understand way for non-technical customers
* Strong partnering skills and an internal customer service minds
