Become part of our growing and dynamic Security team! BAE Systems in Greenlawn, NY is looking to hire a COMSEC Manager who will be responsible for NSA and other COMSEC accounts within the Electronic Systems Sector. The COMSEC Manager's prime responsibility is to interact with Government Customers and internal program managers to meet COMSEC requirements in support of program activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Manage COMSEC account in accordance with NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16.
* Complete required training courses as mandated by NSA and other agencies if required.
* Required IAD.gov account.
* Maintain Mandatory Government Request for cryptographic software upgrades.
* Responsible for the receipt, transfer, accountability, safeguarding and destruction of all COMSEC material.
* Knowledge on multiple Key loading devices (SKL, DTD, RASKL) STE and ViPer phones.
* Knowledge of the NSA 3-16 manual, the CNSSI manuals 4001, 4003, 4004.1,4005 and the NISPOM.
* Maintain and coordinated future KEYMAT in support of all programs with the proper short title as needed depending on the crypto period.
* Maintain COMSEC Accounting System (DIAS) and related records in accordance with governmental regulations.
* Investigate, prepare and submit COMSEC incident reports to multiple cognizant security authorities.
* Conduct semi-annual physical inventory of all COMSEC material; ensure company compliance.
* Work closely with program personnel, asset management and vendors with any purchase of CCI material to ensure proper procedures and NSA physical requirements are being applied.
* Perform initial and refresher COMSEC and Crypto briefings and employee training on processes and procedures.
* Supervise Alternate COMSEC Custodian; provide oversight, routine feedback and annual performance evaluations in accordance with company policies.
* Provide support with all COMSEC inspections and Staff Assistance Visits.
