The Sr. Staff Security Representative will design, develop, communicate and lead program security architecture for classified programs. In this role, you will evaluate all layers and functions to identify interfaces and security concerns focusing on every process, function and tie-in to classified programs. You will understand and evaluate those interfaces and how they interact and impact classified programs to mitigate unintended consequences across all programs and customer sets.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

* Create and maintain a global security profile for Special Programs.
* Act as a resource for the overall business as they develop, expand and document the security profile of how we work today in tomorrow's environment.
* Ensure protection of mission requirements with a total security architecture providing solutions that account for all unclassified and classified aspects of the business and examine and develop an approach to all aspects of program elements and interfaces.
* Support internal and external design reviews, proposal input and new program start up.
* Provide continuing counsel to current programs on all protection aspects and updates.
* Share expertise and acquired knowledge to ensure a company approach and understanding of a program security architecture.

Key relationships for this position include Counterintelligence, Systems Security Engineering, Enterprise Business Services, Chief Information Officer Organization, Business Development, Advanced Programs, Supply Chain, Facilities, Security and Emergency Services, other functional organizations and Program Management.

A TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly is required.

Basic Qualifications

* TS/SCI and consent to take CI Poly.
* Knowledge of all functions of security - Program, Personnel, Physical, Information Systems and Counterintelligence.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers.
* Prior experience communicating, influencing and leading change initiatives.
