Description:Serves as the Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO) managing multiple Special Access Programs.

Responsibilities include SAP/SAR security management, security planning, personnel security, physical security, program access request coordination, SAP/SAR visits, and coordinating secure communications/computing.

Ensures personnel processed for access to the programs meet the prerequisite personnel clearance and/or investigative requirements specified.

Conducts security education classes, Investigates security violations and prepares written reports specifying the outcome of the incident and preventive action to be taken.

Ensures courier procedures are prepared and followed.

Reviews and updates Fixed Facility Checklists for Special Access program Facilities (SAPFs) and inspects proposed SAPF areas.

Prepares requests for Co-Use Agreements, Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWA's), and any required Waiver documentation.

Preferred candidate must be fluent with DoD SAP manuals and ICD series documents and other program-specific type security directives.

Must also be familiar with most Microsoft Office applications. Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress, fast-paced, multi-program environment.

Selected candidate must have good communications skills, and be comfortable in a team atmosphere yet work independently to ensure compliance with LM Aeronautics, customer and government requirements.

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and be able to retain eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with DoD Special Access Programs (SAP).

Experience supporting program Security tasks within SAP Programs.

Experience supporting multiple programs with several government agencies.

Desired Skills:

Prior contractor/military special access programs experience. Proven experience supporting multiple programs with several government agencies.

Self-starter with a "Can-Do" attitude.

Ability to multi-task and perform assigned tasks of the CPSO

Must be a U.S. citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
