Ambulnz is a fast growing health-tech company on a mission to transform the medical transportation industry. We're technology-driven, but our focus on care drives every part of our business. Our proven location-based system ensures accurate ETAs that facilities can rely on and enables caregivers to request and track transports in real time.

We're looking for a Information Security Engineer to join our team. You'd help scale our real-time communications and mobile routing system to continue support to our growing base of customers.

What you'll be doing

* Design and implement security-related policies
* Oversee compliance and certification activities
* Evaluate security-related vendors and technologies
* Test for patch security vulnerabilities
* Educate developers in security-related best practices
* Investigate and neutralize possible security breaches
* Write code when and as needed

What we're looking for

* 3+ years experience in SAAS-related information security
* Broad understanding of web-based security and common attack vectors
* Proficient in both Unix and Windows
* Experience in the healthcare industry, AWS, Node.js, and Ruby a plus .
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
