Job Description

North America Consumer Information Services (NA CIS) is seeking a summer intern to collaborate with our development teams to identify and address security related issues.

Job responsibilities include:

* Monitor computer applications and systems for vulnerabilities
* Document vulnerabilities and assess their risks
* Investigate vulnerabilities and collaborate with development and operations teams to plan and execute remediation actions
* Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure
* Work with security team to perform tests and uncover vulnerabilities
* Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard
* Help colleagues install security software and understand information security management
* Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management
* Stay current on IT security trends and news

Qualifications:

* Experian is seeking motivated undergraduate and postgraduate candidates with graduation dates between 2019 and 2021 with a degree emphasis in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
* Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving skills, ability to learn concepts quickly, teamwork, and communication skills
* Ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated ability to deliver results quickly while working in a dynamic, cross functional, team-oriented environment
* Experience working in Scrum Agile environment preferred
* Experience with Performance Test tools a plus
* Working knowledge of test automation and/or test scripting preferred
* Working knowledge using Robot Framework a big plus
