Duties: Develop end-to-end technology delivery plans for product roadmap including internal and external dependencies. Promote Agile practices across all levels of organization to ensure team effectiveness and the delivery of process enablers such as risk, compliance, demand management, metrics, or reporting. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Identify and address impediments caused by current working practices. Uphold an environment focused on problem solving. Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and distributing information. Ensure product owners know how to arrange product backlogs to maximize value by teaching techniques for effective product backlog management. Take an active role in and support Agile fundamentals, adoption, and delivery of business value. Support Digital Mobile Payments, eCommerce and network Tokenization areas at garage level. Guide team and organization on utilizing Agile/Scrum practices in a large organization. Provide support to the team. Assess the Scrum capability level of the team and organization and coach to higher levels of capability at a sustainable pace for the team and organization.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager, Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Tech Lead, or related role. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with software development tools including Java, C++, Objective C, Oracle DB, COBOL, DB2, and IMS Database. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following skills: Agile management tools including Jira, Rally, and Version One; defect management tools including Remedy and HP Quality Center; and office productivity tools including MS Office and Microsoft Project. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: digital payment wallets for mobile commerce; eCommerce secure payments; working closely with payment networks like VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover; integrating mobile apps through Software Development Kit (SDK) and Application; and working in a consumer financial organization.
