Job Description

Currently, RG is looking to hire a SCRUM Master. To help make our customer successful, the chosen candidate can expect to be involved with or responsible for providing management of software and technology projects using the application of Agile Development practices.

* Demonstrate experience in the management of user stories, prioritization of stories in a software backlog, management of Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective activities
* Facilitate daily standup meetings of the software development team, technology experts and product owners, including end of sprint product owner demos.
* Implement successful software strategies
* Primarily responsible for understanding of operations, program and project management, capabilities of computer platforms/software applications, quality assurance, and program and project management processes and best practices
* Understand the principles and practices of service and program planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation
* Interpret and apply complex regulations, policies and programs
* Work with agency and department managers to prioritize departmental initiatives
* Coordinate assignment of resources for program or project initiatives and prepare and present information

* Provide management of software and technology projects using Agile development practices
* Manage and prioritize user stories, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospective activities
* Jointly assess project/task order status with customer management

Required Skills

A Consultant is an exempt customer-facing business professional that provides a variety of information directly to customers for their ongoing programs, new initiatives, strategic planning, and measurement/evaluation in one or more of RG's solutions. They possess excellent customer service skills, remain current on industry trends, value team work, and have a wide range of interpersonal skills.

Required Experience

To be successful in this role, all candidates must meet the below qualifications to be considered.

* BS/BA Degree
* Minimum of five (5) years of Agile development and/or QA Testing consulting support experience
* Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or PMI Agile certification
* Experience using software collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Strong oral and written communication skills
