We are looking for scientists with RF, Radar, Radio Frequency or Microwave backgrounds and degrees in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Physics. The successful candidates will be a Systems Scientist within the FAST Labs, BAE System's R&D organization. This role will provide internal engineering design and analysis support to research and development activities relating to RF microelectronics, digital phased arrays, antenna and aperture-embedded digital processing. Your career growth trajectory can be focused on technical, programmatic, or business development, although at this level you will be involved with all three disciplines to some degree.
Supporting research, modeling, simulation and analysis of systems with regards to RF, Radar technology, phased arrays
* Conduct customer demonstrations and flight tests
* Establish and control the system technical baseline
* Translate operational requirements into technical requirements and architectures
* Support technical exchange meetings for systems design and support functions
* Conduct and support product testing for radio frequency technology
