* Provide EDI baseline leadership and support for inbound and outbound documents: * Manage and lead 5 to 6 EDI/IDOC resources * Develop, implement and maintain iDoc system health as well as ensure scorecard performance is track while improving reporting capability * Assure team is providing successful monitoring and issue resolution within the department SLA on all EDI/IDOC transmission * Conduct regular conversations with direct reports informally and formally through the performance management process to ensure complete alignment on goals and objectives and making adjustments as needed * Assure daily/period reports and metrics are compiled and completed accurately and on time * Provide direction to team in efforts to deliver business results by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) * Foster growth of team through the assignment of projects and formal training * Lead SC C&O cross-team projects for business improvements * Provide leadership and coaching of team to deliver overall SC C&O objectives * Facilitate weekly team status meetings * Assure team is participating in system testing successfully * Work off hours and holidays as needed * Manage all key interfaces with in SAP for NABQ with impact: * $24 MM Effected Customer Orders * $12 MM Effected Inventory & Logistics transactions
Skill Requirements:
* Strong Project/Process Management skills * Strong SAP knowledge * Computer literacy in Microsoft Work, Excel, Visio and Power point * Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization, organizational and analytical skills * Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally, to all levels of management * Ability to work across multiple functional groups * Proven learning agility in new and fast paced environment * Ability to manage conflict within the team * Demonstrate a clear linkage to strategic imperatives
Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems or related fields * Strong Knowledge of Business Processes * 3-5 years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Operations * Demonstrated understanding of Manufacturing, Logistics, and/or Customer Service Supply Chain systems * System implementation or baseline support experience
