The Engineering & Technology organization is a highly dynamic and growing organization that plays a vital role in providing mission-critical intelligence solutions by optimizing satellite constellations, processing data through its entire life cycle and developing reliable cutting-edge infrastructure for information dissemination across a global network and to a variety of programs.

You'll have an opportunity to work on world-class programs such as Orion, SBIRS, GPS-III, Commercial Vehicles, Deep Space Exploration, Classified Special Programs.

Within these Programs, you will participate in the design, development, verification and deployment of complex new software. You will utilize your previous software experience, and/or skills, to develop and maintain software using the following languages and technologies; C++, Java, Python, Big Data, Data Science, Cyber Security, and Embedded systems

The Enterprise Flight Software (EFSW) Product Line team is looking for an experienced software engineer to assist in the full life-cycle development of our spacecraft flight software solutions. We are an Agile team employing the Scrum framework to spec, design, code, and test embedded flight software for a variety of space flight vehicles and missions.

Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Object Oriented software development experience

C++ development experience

Familiarity with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS)

Desired Skills:

Previous real-time and embedded software development experience

Agile processes

Full development lifecycle experience

Ability to perform software integration and test development

Ability to work with multiple programming languages, operating systems, and development environments.

Understanding of missile or satellite software systems

POSIX development experience

Python development experience
