Overview

The role of the SAP Testing COE Senior Manager is to provide Global testing strategy, vision and support for the NorthStar Business Program, and provide ongoing business testing support services.

Responsibilities

Leadership

§ Development of a Program Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) Strategy

§ Manage the Program level detailed testing plans by Releases and functional business areas

§ Provide direct project management support to project leaders

§ Report project status to the Bausch Program Leadership

§ Provide a single point of contact for all testing COE issues within the Global Program.

Management

§ Work with project management to acquire and schedule project team resources

§ Coordinate and manage consulting support resources

§ Consult with and advise on project test planning, support methodology, scope definition, SAP functionality, best Practices

§ Manage resolution and escalation of project testing issues on a timely basis

§ Facilitate the testing integration of this effort with "across Program" work streams

Qualifications

§ Proven Program Management experience

§ Experience in establishing a Testing COE

§ "Hands on" experience with enterprise ERP testing tools, preferably Worksoft

§ Experience in managing ongoing COE Testing efforts, including SIT, UAT, regression and stress testing in a validated environment

§ Demonstrated successful SAP complex testing experience

§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

§ Deliverable focused

§ Provides continuity and manages personnel transitions throughout the duration of the support activities

§ Experience in identifying a Global / Regional testing model

§ Develop a Global strategy for release management testing and regression testing
