Description:

4M Research is looking for an SAP Testing and Training Analyst that will write the Test and Training Plans, develop the Test Scripts and Integration Test Scripts, Lead the Integration Testing with the customer and provide testing report to our client. The responsibilities include creating the training curriculum, developing computer-based training, and providing training to the business owners of the reports.

Job Duties:

* Develop the test plan by coordinating with stakeholders and delivering to the client
* Develop the test cases ensuring each requirement is in a test case
* Create, maintain and document the test cases and their results in HP ALM
* Set up the testing locations and environment
* Communicate with stakeholders to ensure all have adequate testers
* Lead the test team in executing the test case
* Documenting and managing defects that are uncovered during testing
* Reporting on testing progress including open and closed defects
* Obtaining sign-off on the testing phase from all the stakeholders
* Develop the training plan by coordinating with stakeholders and deliver to the client
* Create the training curriculum
* Develop the training lessons
* Provide "real" data for the test cases and training lessons
* Create training schedules for real time training
* Provide classroom training when required

Required Qualifications:

* 12+ years of experience
* Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree plus 10 years total relevant experience
* Active Security Clearance or ability to obtain Security Clearance (or company may sponsor qualified/suitable candidates)
* Willingness to travel to Aberdeen, MD and Huntsville, AL and Ft. Lee, VA or other locations (25-50%)
* Experience on a large scale SAP system development project (Federal/DoD preferred) a plus
