Job Description

As SAP Technical Manager in the Enterprise Applications team, your primary role is to lead the delivery and support of solutions used for end to end business processes. You will partner with IT Business Systems Analysts and with key business users to design, configure and implement exceptional solutions in SAP ECC and related systems. You will deliver work product that is typically based on SAP ABAP, WebDynPro, UI5/Fiori, Javascript or other frameworks.

Responsibilities

* You will lead a team of 4-5 people including hiring, performance management, compensation decisions and mentoring
* Identify professional development needs within team and ensure appropriate training and experience is provided
* Take ownership of multi-functional problems and collaborate with others across multiple teams and sites to provide creative solutions
* Lead high-level design sessions that meet business requirements, ensuring full integration of processes within our systems
* Partner with team and key users to influence high-level design, user experience, architectural and platform decisions
* Improve existing processes for receiving, managing, reviewing and tracking development requests with team and business partners
* Ensure the distribution and delegation of development tasks achieves optimal loading across the team
* Engage with Business and IT teams to help resolve production support issues as they arise

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or other related field
* 5+ years of hands-on involvement with SAP ECC or related systems including web-based applications
* Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, ideally in a SAP environment with complex integration touch points
* Solid grasp of modern web application architecture, concepts, terminology and user experience design
* Superb problem solving and critical thinking skills with an ability to be significant and confident
* Good project management, delegation, prioritization skills and experience
* Superb communication, social, meeting facilitation skills with ability to convey technical terms to a non-technical audience
* Ability to work and communicate with various levels of management, users, team members and customers

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

* Hands-on experience developing and/or debugging SAP ABAP code and common SAP object types
* Client-side experience developing and debugging Fiori and/or UI5 applications including the use of Javascript
* Hands-on work doing various types of SAP ECC configuration tasks across different modules and components
* Working knowledge and usage of modern testing methodologies, techniques and test case management
* Ability to lead large-scale, enterprise wide projects that have a significant impact on the success of Cirrus Logic
* Experience working for semiconductor or other types of high-tech organizations
