SAP Plant Maintenance Business Analyst

We have a new job opening for a SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Business Analyst. This is a great opportunity to work on-site at our client's U.S. Headquarters in Irving, Texas. This position will focus on both technical and non-technical related business units redesigning processes for driven business applications. The SAP PM BA will lead and support the SAP project across multiple business lines working closely with IT, the SAP team, Global Process Owners, and Businesses conducting business process analysis and proposing process redesign. Additionally, you will design and implement existing or new business functionality, business requirements and models into SAP processes from beginning to end.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Interact with non-information technology related business areas to identify requirements, scope, and support implementation of solutions.

o Provide end-to-end coverage for the process teams, and developing process design documentations.

o Drive continuous improvements with use of technology solutions by demonstrating value add propositions.

o Test, modify, and document the system configuration.

o Work in parallel with the training and communication team to ensure all aspects of change is handled.

o Create design of reports, forms, interfaces, and conversion.

o Facilitate system understanding and assist the training team in identifying training requirements.

o Develop business scenarios and test scripts to support test cases.

o Develop and maintains user documentation.

o Provide post implementation support.

REQUIREMENTS

o 5+ years of experience using SAP Plant Maintenance components in a dynamic business environment performing business analysis and process design.

o Skilled with redesigning processes for technology driven business applications through transformation of advanced business functions into designs to fit SAP integrated modules.

o Strong business user with maintenance or engineering background who is experienced partnering with IT.

o Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business Administration preferred.

o Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and flourish in an ambiguous working environment

o Excellent communication (verbal and written).
