What You'll Do

In response to our growing business needs, we are excited to announce the creation of a new position: SAP OMNI Channel Analyst. The SAP OMNI Channel Analyst will work with Ecom business and IT groups in North America to design and test core SAP system functionality, while coordinating with other OMNI channel teams throughout the world.

The Analyst will demonstrate strong SAP SD knowledge to assist the other functional analysts with key ECOM requirements. This will include interfaces in/out of SAP, configuration requirements, report criteria, system trouble-shooting and program requirements.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Recommend and configure core SAP solutions with a focus on providing cross-brand and global capabilities.
* Meet and discuss the functional needs of the required Ecom technology and suggest possible solutions to ensure high quality ERP system reporting.
* Coordinate with other OMNI teams on new technologies and system requirements
* Work on core projects related to B2C, B2X and D2X technologies related to SAP
* Offer advice on interface requirements between SAP and Ecom platforms
* Troubleshoot and debug issues with SAP system integration
* Identify, fix and train our business users as necessary on various SD topics
* Meet with other SAP functional resources as requested regarding tasks
* Provide support of help tickets related to the OMNI Channel team
* Participate in necessary discussions with other SAP teams and organizations

What We're Looking For

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS or equivalent discipline.

Other qualifications include:

* Minimum 3 years SAP SD and ECOM integration
* Experience with technical and configuration components of SAP SD
* Adept at troubleshooting issues in SAP environment
* Core Skills: SAP SD, master data, pricing, allocation, billing, output processing, data migration, SAP query reporting and SAP enhancement technology
* Knowledge of user security in SAP
* Exposure to S/4 Hana development is a plus
* Experience with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI, WM, LE, etc.) is a plus
* Understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies
* Familiarity with SAP technologies like AFS/FMS, IS Retail and other extended solutions is a plus
* Strong analytical skills; proven ability to analyze data and make corrections and recommendations based on analysis
* Detailed oriented; excellent ability to plan and organize so that work is completed efficiently; ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
* Hands-on, proactive approach to always seeking efficiencies; flexible and open to new ideas in a growing environment Demonstrates a desire to accomplish and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction
* Good interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate, consult and share information with managers and colleagues within the global and regional matrix
