Overview

Bio-Rad is looking for an IT Integration Business Analyst to support the SAP PTP (Procure to Pay) and integration projects. As part of the PTP Global ERP system, the Business Analyst is responsible for the delivery of IT solutions for the PTP process and cross functionality with other business functions.

Responsibilities

* Manage IT solutions for global PTP business processes in alignment with Global Template, ServiceMax, PR/Invoice substitutions and update validated documents in SAP Solution Manager.
* Create functional specification documents requiring development of WRICEF objects
* Design, test, and QA of PTP business processes
* Support the update and maintenance of Purchasing Master Data (PIR) and Source List for materials at the plant level
* Support SAP Fiori application
* Support data conversion efforts from legacy systems to SAP
* Assess impacts of scope changes and work closely with Change Management to prepare for implementation
* Prepare and support operational readiness and production cutover efforts
* Provide hypercare support for Go-Live

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
* At least five years' direct experience in supporting the PTP functions with focus on SAP Procurement process
* Participated in two or more full cycle global SAP implementations
* In-depth knowledge of procure-to-pay business processes with cross functional integration knowledge
* Experience in creating, reviewing, and updating functional specifications for custom enhancements
* Experience in SAP HANA database and AWS migration a plus
* Ability to travel on average of 20%, including international, with the ability to travel extensively as project needs require
