As a Technical Lead you will be driving the delivery of solutions across the General Ledger suite of applications, leveraging a global team and owning the end to end technical delivery, from engagement with the business to Production implementation. As an experienced engineer and leader, you will lead a team of innovators and technologists in improving the way our business is run. You will have a particular talent for communication, both with non-technical business users and with technicians themselves. Your knowledge of planning and coordination, design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming will help the team improve, meeting your own high standards and satisfying business requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex problems, internally and externally. Qualifications:

Expertise in either (i) SAP S4 or (ii) R/3 ECC FICO applications and data.

Leadership experience delivering complex technical projects.

Track record leading technical teams in multiple locations.

Proven ability to develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders - technical and business - across many locations.

Understanding of financial control and budget management.

Proven experience in iterative development methodologies.

Advanced knowledge of S4 architecture, design and business processes.

Knowledge of HANA infrastructure architecture disciplines.

SAP BW, CDGL and BPC knowledge.

Programming/scripting experience, with Unix and Oracle SQL, PL/SQL or ABAP.

Experience in dealing with major software vendor companies.
